Don’t let your past define you! We’ve all had regrets and guilt at some point in our lives. They’re all lessons!

We must move forward into the present moment. The past is just that, PASSED!

We can’t go back and change what’s already happened but we can change how we think.

Guilt and regret will eat at your heart & your soul. You have to forgive yourself and live in the NOW

Whenever you’re having a negative thought from the past, acknowledge it and let it pass.

Anchor thoughts are great for this as well as affirmations. An anchor thought is something that makes you happy or excited. An affirmation is the things you say. If you keep talking negatively about yourself you start to believe it’s true. They’re are good affirmations you can practice to replace those thoughts that have been planted in your mind. Yes, it works if you’re committed to it. Positive affirmations I am strong, I am blessed, I am happy, etc...

If you practice positive affirmations you’ll see the power of those words & how it shifts your thinking. You can immediately shift your thinking to an anchor thought. Such as playing with your children, your favorite place, etc...

So if your living in the past, practice planting new thoughts. Life is too short to stay stuck in your past. Living in the moment is so important. Life is full of beauty but you have to seek it! In yourself too! The goal is to live in the NOW
